Now for some actual journal...in'...

In the past three days, I have not been able to reach R.E.M[Rapid eye movement. For those who don't know.] sleep. I don't understand it. I go to sleep when I'm tired, but as soon as I fall asleep, I wake back up and struggle to sleep all night.

I'm dieting lately, because I have gained WAY too much weight for my liking and it's making me feel rather disgusting. I took some tips from my Finnish friend and I hope they'll work. Don't worry, I'm not going to starve myself. I'm going to eat when I usually do, just replace the usual food with more fruits and vegetables, and not eat after five p.m. So far, the not eating after five thing has failed, so I have to be stronger.

We're moving soon, to a house near here. So if I'm not on for a while, we're moving and getting things hooked up.
